Anthony Van Puyvelde
Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer
As a Mechanical Engineering student graduating from Cal Poly SLO in June 2025, I thrive in both the design office and the workshop - whether performing engineering analysis and simulations or fabricating parts and operating machine tools.
My passions lie in the automotive motorsports and themed entertainment industries, but I’m driven by any challenge that pushes the boundaries of engineering design and innovation. Through Cal Poly’s rigorous coursework and hands-on club projects, I’ve had the opportunity to work on numerous projects that directly align with my interests while expanding my technical expertise.
I invite you to explore my projects and qualifications here.
Leading Associate Design and Manufacturing Engineer for SLO CAPED REC 2025 model entry
Aerodynamic structures engineer for Cal Poly Performance Automotive Comms., Engineering, and Design
